Dr. Celine Manoosingh
The Allen E. Paulson College of Engineering and Computing is very sad to report the passing of Dr. Celine Manoosingh, associate professor of Civil Engineering & Construction. Dr. Manoosingh was also the chair of the College’s Inclusive Excellence and Diversity Council. She was very well regarded in all aspects of her career and will be sorely missed. Private services are being arranged by her family.
