DoD CySP Awards 3 GS Students

Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Scholarship Program (CySP) is designed to support the recruitment of new cyber talent … who have skills necessary to meet DoD’s cyber requirements and help secure our nation against threats of information systems and networks.
DoD CySP provides scholarships to students in pursuit of cyber-related degree at National Centers of Academic Excellence (CAE) in Cyber Education: Cyber Defense (CAE-CD), Cyber Defense Research (CAE-R), or Cyber Operations (CAE-CO).
THREE students from Georgia Southern’s Center for Applied Cyber Education were selected as outstanding cybersecurity students for the DoD CySP program for the coming academic year! Congratulations to Caulos Louissaint, Noah Keeth and Sam Wong! Also congratulations to director of Georgia Southern’s Center for Applied Cyber Education, Frank Katz, assistant professor of Information Technology.
