SAEM Technical Support – Student Assistant (Summer 2016)
SAEM Technical Support is seeking a help desk student technician who will provide desktop support to the staff of the Georgia Southern University’s Student Affairs and Enrollment Management division. This position will begin work during summer semester. If an interested student has a federal work-study award, he or she should apply at the link found below.
Tasks include setting up, imaging, and troubleshooting computers and printers for the SAEM division using MyTechHelp. Completes tasks according to the priority level assigned on the ticket. Additional duties such as moving equipment to different buildings, and cleaning out projectors.
Shift Specifics: 10-15 hours per week.
